Thank you for choosing to spend your holiday here with us! We have put together a fact sheet with tips for your stay at our 4-star superior alpine resort.
Arrival / Check-in: On the day of arrival, expect the room to be ready at 3:00 pm.
Departure / Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11am so we can make it as perfect as it was for you. Late-Check-Out is possible subject to availability, advanced notice and an additional cost of 30.00 EURO per person is required.
Drinks: Beverage stations with mineral and still water, fruit juices and tea (1st floor only) are available for in-room enjoyment. These are located on the 1st and 3rd floors. Drinks served in public areas are booked to your room.
Pets: We cannot accommodate animals in the hotel. Many owners of animals, because of this reason, choose to stay with us. The hotel also has an anti-allergic concept for the hotel rooms.
Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The access code is available at reception. Please be aware that the quality of the connection can vary throughout the hotel.
Pillow menu: For the perfect night's sleep, choose from several options from our NaturPur pillow menu.

- Breakfast: 7:30 am til 10:30 am
- Snacks: 12:00 pm,
- Dinner: 6:00 pm til 9:30 pm
- Bar, Winter garden und Terrasse 12:00 pm til 12:00 am
Media Library: Daily newspapers, magazines and books can be found in our media library. Ipads are also available for our adult guests.
Reception: Our reception team is available from 8:00 am til 10:00 pm
Shop: In our shop you will find popular products and gifts for the home, among others, our very own line of wine, the TSCHENGLA.ONE
Ski rental: Our in-house ski rental offers expert advice, high quality ski and shoe products, as well as ski service including edge sharping and waxing.
Sport and adventure programs: Choose between our in-house activity programs or from the Brandnertal Tourist Office, the BergAKTIV team.
Spa Hours:
- Sauna: daily from 1:00 pm til 7:00 pm (earlier times are also possible, please ask for information at the reception)
- Indoor pool: daily from 7:30 pm til 7:00 pm (from 5:00 pm exclusively for adult guests)
- Natural pool (heated): opened from April to November
Access to the spa area is permitted from the age of 14 years and upwards.
Toothbrushes etc.: If you forget your toothbrush or other hygiene products, please ask at the reception. We may have what you need.

Bludenz:
Old Town Shopping in Bludenz – In the pedestrian zone of the old, historical town of Bludenz, it is wonderful for shopping and sightseeing, with numerous cafes and a genuine Austrian atmosphere. The italian restaurant Lidio & Lucianco offers the best espresso in the city.
Markets in Bludenz – Spring and autumn markets, grocery stores, gourmet markets anmd farmers markets every Wednesday and Saturday in the pedestrian zone.
Feldkirch:
Old Town Shopping in Feldkirch – The beautiful and fascinating old town of Feldkirch is also the best-preserved medieval city of Vorarlberg and offers and great variety of shopping.
